At V12 Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical gear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
